Account and data deletion

Delete your Haslet account, or only your data on our server, right here without opening the app. Deletion is confirmed with a one-time code sent to your email and happens immediately and permanently.

Deleting in the app

In Haslet, Settings → Delete my account (“Ayarlar → Hesabımı Sil”) deletes your account and all of your data right away.

What gets deleted?

Delete my account: your email address, Google link, profile (name, date of birth, gender, cycle length, notification preferences), prayer, qada, fasting, menstrual, dhikr and Quran records, your consent record and all sessions.

Delete only my data: your profile and all worship and menstrual records; your explicit consent is treated as withdrawn and you are signed out on every device. Your email address and account remain, and you can sign in again.

Deleted data drops out of any server backups within 30 days at the latest. If you sign in again, you will be asked for consent again and that phone's records will be backed up again.

Data on your phone

Records kept without an account, and prayer-rug photos, live only on your phone and are deleted when you uninstall the app.
