Haslet
Explicit Consent
You are asked to accept this text when creating a Haslet account. If you do not, no account is created — but you can keep using the app with all of its features without an account. Your records then stay only on your phone. If the Turkish version differs, the Turkish version prevails for users in Türkiye.
1. Which data
- Your prayer, fasting, qada, dhikr and Quran records. Because they may reveal your religious beliefs, these are “special categories of personal data” under the GDPR and “sensitive personal data” under Türkiye’s KVKK.
- Your menstrual records and cycle length (only if you enter them). These are health data.
2. For what purpose
Only to back up your records and sync them across your devices. This data is never used for analysis, profiling, advertising or marketing, and is never shared or sold.
3. Where and for how long
The data is stored on behalf of the controller, Alperen Sevinç (fraxlabs), on our server in Frankfurt, Germany. For users in Türkiye this is a transfer abroad under Art. 9 of the KVKK. The data is kept until you delete your account or your data; on deletion it is removed immediately and permanently, and drops out of any backups within 30 days at the latest.
4. Consent
By ticking “I give my explicit consent”, I confirm that I have read and understood this text and that I freely give my explicit consent to the processing of the special categories of personal data described above, limited to the stated purpose, and to their storage on the server in Germany.
5. Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw consent at any time without giving a reason. The quickest way is to delete your data:
- Web: haslet.frax.tr/en/delete-account → “Delete only my data” or “Delete my account”.
- App: Settings → Delete my account (“Ayarlar → Hesabımı Sil”).
- Email: [email protected].
Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it. See the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Notice for details.
